My second try at a feather blank still working 4 sided,a little better,kerf is smaller thanks to Lou.What do you guys think?Oh the woods are Padauk and Maple with aluminum in between the Maple.

I'd say you've got it!!  That looks nice.  The thin kerf makes all the difference and the color combinations look good.

So.. I have no idea what the "kerf" is but I do love the pen.. Finished product will be a pretty picture I am sure!!
