Mystery dexterity puzzle/game???

Hi,

I have been searching everywhere with no luck finding this old puzzle that I believe was from the 70's. I was wondering if you would be able to help me locate it.

Description.... Plastic globe shaped game with red base and yellow interior on bottom. Top is clear plastic dome. The bottom has a popomatic popper thing (like a Trouble game). Inside there is a small numbered counter and 3 marbles red, blue, and green with matching golf tee looking stools. Object is to pop the appropriate marble to get it on the matching stool until all 3 marbles are on matching stools in the least number of pops without knocking any off the other colors.
