I cut zillihedron pieces every day.  Others call it sawdust.   Grin

Football Downunder

Ah, the fluke technique and the boo boo variation I know very well

On the lathe I start off with a simple concept, then the " what if" comes in to play

Usually I fluke the 1st one, then by the 5th attempt , I get close to copying it

Evolution takes over and 6 months later a Wow appears

La Boomba was a boo boo, same as the Sovereign pot Football Downunder started as a 2 move Sphere box

The Chinnyhedron  is 3rd Generation before it was perfected

The failures, we don't talk about, they make good firewood

Difference between us and Master Bob Bee is , he flukes them everytime, we do it maybe once or twice a year

And when the concept or idea works,,,,,woo hoooo

Hey, I got one yesterday to play with.  A very fun design, and also very well made.  I am happy that Scott is finally getting settled in and getting back to work.  I think Scott moved like 18 times in the last year.   Grin

Cool, I'm still waiting on mine Cry  I don't know how Scott found the time to set-up his workshop, he's definitely more efficient at using his spare time than I am  Roll Eyes  Cool
