Mudder glad to see you here I know you and Eagle have had issues but I am glad to see you have joined this site. Welcome.

Lynn,
Yes, we had issues because we were both hard headed and stubborn. Truth be told I really did Love him as a brother and had the utmost respect for him and his talents. It will haunt me that I was not able to "mend the fences" with Eagle before he passed on but I live in Waterbury and I would like to know which cemetery he is resting in so that I may stop by from time to time to pay my respects.
We spent many an hour on the telephone bouncing idea's off of one another and the times that our conversations turned to a personal discussion I learned that Eagle Loved you with his entire heart and soul. The tears still come easily whenever I think about him because I realize that I lost a man that was a true gentleman and I was not able to tell him that. I hope that he knew.
I still have the pen and the hand written letter that he sent me when my father passed away two years come November. His letter came straight from the heart and the tears still fall every time I read it
Thank you. It's nice to feel welcome and it is also nice to have a place to share stories, shed tears, and heal together.
With Respect,
Scott Hettel
