If you haven't guessed by now, our second benefit raffle is for an Eagle Feather blank. All proceeds from the raffle will go to Lynn Prisavage.  All payments for raffle tickets must be made to eagle@heritagepens.com .  Tickets are $5.00 each or 6 for $25.00  There will be at least two  winners.  The first name drawn will get this great Eagle Feather blank.

This was perhaps one of the last blanks Eagle made. I received it along with another acrylic feather blank about a week before he passed away. This one is wood, I believe holly, maple and ebony (I must have accidentally deleted his email that told what it was).

The second name drawn will receive five sets of 'Johnycnc' (john Goodin) Aluminum blanks;
-Three sets of 'Baron' style including fountain pen kits!
-One set of 'Cigar' style with kit!
-One set of 'Jr. Gent II' style with kit!
-Last but not least is a 'Sierra' pen made by John Goodin himself
This has been donated by a member that wishes to remain anonymous.

Raffle tickets can be purchased through Midnight CDST on  August 17.  Winners will be announced on August 18th!
List of ticket buyers is posted here. http://forum.eagleswoodworking.com/index.php?topic=11.0   Contact Lou (admin) via email if your name is not added to the list within 24 hours of your contribution.

Turning a feather blank is a little different that turning any other blank. Takes a lot of thin CA. I will also supply the winner with instructions that Eagle sent me. Thinking about it, I'll even throw in a 2oz bottle of thin CA with this blank.

Hey Monty,
   You might want to post something over on IAP about the new auction. I haven't seen a mention of it over there, and I'd hate to win everything by default.

Okay, I wouldn't really hate it, but the balnk is worth more than what I contributed so far.

Also, all contributors will receive a special recipe from Emeril Lagasse!  Hint:  It's chocolate.

Lou  Thanks for the recipe from Emeril Lagasse.  I watch his show a lot and use his recipes often.  Cooking is my 2nd hobby.

We're almost halfway to the drawings!  Jump in and take a chance.  What the heck, for $5 you might win an Eagle Feather blank or one of our other prizes.  I have it on good authority that the Eagle Feathers blanks are manufacturer discontinued.
