Well, I finally remembered to take a couple of pics of my stick and cube cutting jig...not homemade obviously, the sled is an 'INCRA' miter express with a 'VERITAS' router fence.  The 'right angle' fence attachment is used for final sizing of the sticks.  Please note hands are nowhere near the blade at any time during the cutting Wink

Very nice jig.  I wondered how all you guys kept your fingers.  IT would terrify you to see the setup I use to cut small pieces.
