The redwood burl and brass pen was a "happy accident". I blew up the upper barrel while drilling it for a Jr. Gent, so I turned the lower barrel into a single barrel Sierra.
The stripes on the Jr. Retro repeat six times around the blanks. So the stripes line up, both capped and posted, regardless of which thread you start on.
