 Grin
Just a bit of fun to show our puzzle buddies that we dont buy our pens from a shop and just assemble them. Grin
It's not finished yet, but it's too late to carry on in my workshop Cry Hopefully it'll be done tomorrow. Grin
This one is being made from a couple of copper threaded studs (16mm) and some Emerald Green pr.

Very nicely done Steven!! Wink

Question, how do you treat the red copper so that it does not tarnish?

Johan, one man's tarnish is a another man's patena Grin

It 'could' be sprayed with lacquer, but that would just peel off eventually so now it just needs to be buffed up with Brasso every now and then. I've got a couple of copper and brass pens and they tend to stay looking ok if they are used.

Lou, I was going to make a clip, but then figured that it would be a ladies 'handbag-pen' as the copper would probably stain a shirt.
That's my excuse anyway Grin

Stephen, I will "road test" that pen in my shirt pocket, if it doesn't stain i will keep it, if it does stain-- well --it will need more testing until it doesn't stain! Grin Amos

OK, I get it.  End result will be a two tone green pen.  One way of getting that result.  Grin Grin Grin

Only joking.  That surely looks stunning!! Wink

It'll be quicker to send it here for that road test Amos was talking about.
