I attacked 3 different sized bolts  and a tiny piece of my dwindling stock of PR Princess' resin   Cry with my little Dremel and came up with this. Maybe not so clear in the pics, but the cap has 6 tapered concave grooves and the blue end is convex.
This is the lightest all steel pen I've made so far. I quite like it but would have prefered to have had more blue in it, maybe some on the cap. Too late now as it's on it's way to Oz.  Grin Wish I was going with it.

Nicely done.  I'm just back from the shop from doing darn close to the same thing.  Polishing and anodizing pens.  Lots of work!
