Hi Lou, this year's International Puzzle Party is being held in San Francisco, here's a link to a page describing it;

Every year it alternates between Europe, Asia, and the U.S.

Nick Baxter has allowed me a slot if I can get me ducks in a row, but I still have to get past some funding and family issues.  As it stands at the moment, I will likely not attend.  I know that Stephen really wants to buy me a hamburger there, so I will try a bit harder to get things arranged.
